Cosmetic: EX --> the name ring around the front of the lens has some paint off on it.  The previous owner glued a protective glass onto it and paint off is the result of it being removed.

Functional/Mechanical Issue: Note that the clip that holds the battery in place is broken and therefore the battery needs to be held in place by closing the battery door.  Other then this, all functions of the camera are working properly.
