Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card through the secure Shopify or PayPal gateways. Payment via bank transfer or cash in person qualifies for an additional 3% discount.

Shipping details

We ship globally via FedEx with tracking no. For local or Hong Kong, we use SF Express or the post office.

All purchases may incur import taxes/fees, which are buyer's responsibility. We'll try our best to minimize these cost and if you have specific request for custom declaration, please let us know and we'll accommodate.

For buyers with a USA shipping address, the item price and shipping fee include any applicable import tariffs, which will be billed to our FedEx account if incurred.

Return Policy

Return is accepted within 30 days of receiving the item if buyer is not satisfied with the product in any way. However, unless the item is significantly not as described, shipping fee is non-refundable and buyer have to pay for return shipping as well.

The refund must also meet the following conditions:

1. The item must be returned in its original condition and not altered in any way.

2. All items included in sale such as packaging, papers, accessories and bundled items must be returned.

For brand new items, it must be returned in NEW condition.

Warranty

All used items are covered by our 60 days parts and labor warranty.

The manufacturer provides warranties for all new items, with coverage and conditions specified by them. Leica products have a two-year warranty, while Hasselblad products have a one-year warranty. Please contact us if warranty service is needed.
