Cosmetic: EX+--> there's a small crack on the lens hood near the mounting ring but this will not affect functioning of the lens hood at all.  There're also some light scuffs on the lens hood.

Optics: NO fungus, NO haze, NO scratches, there're a few dust speck on the inside of the rear lens element but will not affect photo quality.
