Cosmetic: EX --> there're are two small dent mark on the top part of the lens barrel where the hood attaches. 

Optics: NO fungus, NO scratches, there's slight haze around the edge of an internal lens element and the rear lens element has a few very faint whitish marks on it but neither will affect photo quality.
