Cosmetic: EX --> some paint wear on the focusing ring and the white paint on some of the engraving on the lens barrel has become faint.

Optics: NO fungus, there's some faint cleaning marks and a light haze around the edge of an internal lens element when viewed under bright light.  This will not affect photo quality .
