Cosmetic: GOOD --> a bit of paint wear around the lens barrel.

Optics: NO fungus, there's a slight haze around the edge of an internal lens element that's only visible under bright light.  The front lens element have a few faint scratches and a deeper mark in the middle but our testing on a digital camera doesn't show affect on photo quality.
