Cosmetic: GOOD --> some light marks and scratches on the lens barrel.

Optics: NO haze, NO fungus, there're a around 5-6 small whitish spots on an internal lens element and two at the edge of the front lens but these will not affect photo quality.

Mechanical/Functional Issue: Note that the inner lens barrel that controls the focusing rangefinder is trimmed and as a result the lens will not couple properly with M mount rangefinder.  I believe the modification was made so the lens would work on certain lens mount.  However, other then that all functions such as focusing are working properly and the lens can be used on any camera with liveview.
