Cosmetic: POOR --> there're some scratches and paint off on the lens barrel here and there.  The serial no. of the lens has been scratched.

Optics: The entire center area of the front lens element have coating off issue and there're a few scratches on the front lens element.  This might have some affect on photo quality in some cases such as shooting under bright light.  The internal lens elements are otherwise very clean.
