Cosmetic: FAIR --> some light marks and wear on the lens barrel and lens hood.

Optics: NO fungus, NO haze, there're a couple of white spots on the front lens element.  They're around 1mm in size except for one at the edge that's bigger and around 2mm in size.  These should not have much affect on photo quality in most cases.
