Cosmetic: POOR --> some light marks on the camera body and lots of paint wear on the lens barrel.

Optics: NO haze, there're some light cleaning marks and leftover fungus marks on the lens element.  Also there're some tiny pieces of loose black paint in the lens.  These should not have much affect on photo quality.
