Cosmetic: GOOD --> a bit of paint off on the lens barrel and there's a small dent on the top part of the lens barrel where the filter is installed.  However there's no problem with installing a filter.

Optics: NO scratches, NO haze, NO fungus. *Clean and Clear*

Functional/Mechanical Issue: None

Includes: Lens, front/rear caps.

Other Notes: This lens was made during the transition to ver.3 of the Summilux M50/1.4 with a black paint barrel.  Barrel design is that of the ver.3 but with a knurled focusing ring used in ver.1 & ver.2.
