Cosmetic: EX+ --> a bit of paint off on the top part of the lens barrel where the hood attaches.  Note that the upper portion of the lens hood has been polished to a greyish finish.

Optics: NO scratches, NO fungus, there's a slight haze around the edge on the inside of the rear lens element that's only visible bright light and will not affect photo quality.
