Cosmetic: FAIR --> quite a bit of paint wear around the lens barrel but nothing major such as dent.

Optics: NO haze, NO fungus, NO scratches. *Clean and Clear*

Includes: Lens with build-in hood, front/rear caps.

Other Notes: Note that the barrel around the rear lens element is professionally trimmed so that the lens will work on a Canon EOS DSLR camera without intervening with the mirror.  This doesn't have any affect on the functioning of the lens but note that the lens cannot be left sitting on its mount since the rear lens element might now be touching the surface.
