Cosmetic: EX+ --> a bit of paint off on the top part of the lens barrel where the hood attaches.

Optics: NO haze, NO fungus, a few faint cleaning marks on the front lens element but will not affcet photo quality.

Functional/Mechanical Issue: None

Includes: Lens, rear cap, 12546 lens hood with cap.

Other Notes: The rear lens barrel around the lens element has been trimmed so the lens can be used via an adapter on Canon EOS cameras.  This doesn't affect the functioning of the lens.
