Cosmetic: EX+ --> a bit of paint off on the lens barrel.

Optics: NO fungus, NO haze, there's a bit of light coating marks on the front lens and few faint leftover fungus spots near the edge of the rear lens element.  Neither of these will affect photo quality.

Functional/Mechanical Issue: Note that coupling with the rangefinder at infinity focus is a little off but otherwise the lens will focus at to infinity and everything else works well.
