Cosmetic: MINT- --> there'a few a small marks on the top edge of the lens hood.

Functional/Mechanical Issue: The diaphragm doesn't work and is always wide open (at F/2.5).  Other functions such as focusing works well so the lens can be used at max aperture without problem.
